  • Basic Conveying Equipment: Including YK-RC Roller Conveyor Rack and YK-BT7220 Belt Conveyor Rack, which adopt aluminum alloy structure and chain drive, balancing light weight and durability. They can realize stable transmission of mattresses between various workstations in production and adapt to the conveying needs of mattresses of different specifications; YK-PS Pushing Plate Rack and YK-EP Opening Rack are designed for specific conveying scenarios, providing flexible solutions for mattress steering and opening conveying.

  • Lifting and Steering Equipment: YK-4BTU Lifting and Steering Rack and Corner Turning Section can realize the height adjustment of mattresses in the vertical direction and the steering conveying in the horizontal direction, solving the connection problem between workstations of different heights and different conveying directions in the production workshop; YK-VET/CET Vertical/Continuous Elevator can further meet the vertical conveying needs of mattresses in multi-storey workshops, improving space utilization.

  • Automated Supporting Equipment: The series also includes YK-SL Automatic Feeding Machine, which realizes the automated feeding of mattress production raw materials and reduces manual intervention; YK-RS Robot Spraying Assembly, YK-RG Robot Feeding Assembly and YK-NH Robot Bonding Assembly can be linked with the conveyor line to form an integrated process of "conveying + automated processing", further improving production efficiency; YK-AG Automatic Glue Rolling Machine and YK-HG-3 Automatic Hot Melt Spraying Machine conform to industrial standards for working power supply, with a temperature accuracy of 1℃, and complete gluing operations synchronously during the conveying process to ensure processing quality.
